Recipe Enlargement & Costing

I got a taste for how food service organizations keep up with the demand of large consumer groups through this recipe enlargement assignment. I enlarged a Steak Chimicurri Brie sandwich recipe (yum!)

Cycle Menu Project

This assignment allowed me to explore the multiple ways a Food Service Manager and/or Head Chef prepares menus in a large food establishment. It has three parts, all accessible at the link below.

Public Policy Letter

I wrote to Congresswoman Anna Eshoo regarding the Gestational Diabetes Act-- a bill I believe should pass in order to benefit the developmental health of American women and children.

Budget Justification: Which Convection Oven Should We Order?

In this project, I wrote up a budget justification for which oven, after research between a variety of them, would most benefit our fictional hospital's fast-paced cooking requirements.
