What better way to learn about how products get on the shelf than to develop them yourself? That is what I sought out to learn at my summer internship under Product Development and Regulatory Affairs! The items shown are ones I helped to analyze for accuracy in packaging, nutrition labeling, and transparency. And yes, the marshmallows were very fun to evaluate.
