Tackling Food Insecurity: One Tricycle at at Time

Food Insecurity on campus is a tough issue that requires you to think outside the box; in this case, my box was full of free produce! To extend our reach to food insecure students, I transported this bike filled with food to hubs such as the Student Community Center and started "Pop-Ups" to hand out free, organic produce and educational materials.
